Edmond Grigorian, Managing Director

Edmond began his professional career in 1991 with KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles. Edmond was admitted to the partnership at KPMG in 1999 and served as a partner until his departure in 2003. Over the course of his 26-year career in public accounting, Edmond has provided tax planning and tax consulting services for publicly traded corporations, privately held businesses and high net-worth individuals primarily in retail, restaurants and hospitality, waste management, energy, investment management and other service-related businesses. In this capacity, Edmond has developed expertise in the following subject areas: tax accounting methods, FAS 109, mergers and acquisitions, “inbound” and “outbound” international tax matters, multi-state income and franchise tax issues, partnership taxation, and IRS tax controversy matters.

Edmond received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California (1991) and a Master’s of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California (1996). Edmond is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants
